In 1994, Alsons Dev forged a joint venture with Davao Independent Housing Foundation, Inc. (DIHO) for the development of Phase I. It is about 20 hectares and is located at Indangan, Davao City. Development of Phase 1 and 2 are already complete and Phase 3 development is on-going.
